Using the Squeeze Technique for Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation (PE) is a common male sexual issue and is usually reported in men between the ages of 18 and 30, and affects 25-40% in this age group.
The accepted definition of premature ejaculation is the condition when a man ejaculates before he wants to at least 50% of the time while being physically intimate with his spouse. It should be clear, this means that PE is based on how one perceives themselves. Though, in some serious cases, the man ejaculates even before penetration occurs. Please familiarize yourself with the Causes and Symptoms of Premature Ejaculation before moving on to the treatments section.
Treatments
Out of all the methods there are four basic categories that are more commonly prescribed for premature ejaculation:
- Drugs and prescription medication - These are becoming less of an option because of the side effects caused by the treatments, and it seems that there is little effect on making the man last longer. Not recommended
- Most over-the-counter creams - Lotions and creams are designed to desensitize the penis and reduce stimulation for men. These products can also desensitize the female too. Thus making sex less pleasurable for both. This is only a coping device and does not solve the problem. Not recommended
- PE management devices- This includes rings and bands that are placed on the penis to restrict feeling in the penis. Not only is this treatment impotent, but also they can be dangerous and could damage the male sexual organs. Not recommended
- Exercises to prevent premature ejaculation - These are by far the most promising method of treating PE. These exercises work well on all factors both physiological and non-physical causes of PE when done properly. Some of these exercises, used correctly, can treat premature ejaculation in as little as a month, sometimes less. Additionally, exercises have no downside and promote the overall health of men using them. Recommended
One exercies that has been popular is the “Squeeze Technique” which is from Mike Wutzke’s program. This technique is a flexing of certain muscle groups at the right moment before ejaculation occurs. The technique is difficult and must be applied after working on other exerciese that are included in Wutzke’s program.
In addition, Matt Wutzke, the man who wrote Ejaculation Trainer informs that it is important to know which exercises work, since there are few exercises which are effective. Using Ejaculation Trainer, hands down one of the most effective PE treatments out there, which has repeatedly been show to get rid of PE in just under a month using safe methods that are natural.
